Rooms are huge and location is excellent! Deluxe apartment overlooks the garden and includes a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. Moreover, there is a parking on-site. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Kawiarnia Panoramika couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.

Spent here 3 perfect days and will definitely go again next time. By and large, it was a brilliant place for sightseeing in Zakopane. - Met really helpful and super friendly staff from receptionist to swimming pool guard.

The staff were friendly and helpful: the receptionist let my son use his own personal laptop to get onto Facebook. The apartment was clean and warm and the swimming pool was a great addition to our stay. Hot and cold buffet breakfast (just ask for scrambled egg: delicious!). Walking distance of town, Nosal ski area and the beautiful National Park (horse-drawn sleighs in winter if you don't want to walk!)
It would be nice to have glasses for juice, beer etc: cold drinks don't taste the same out of mugs...

The hotel was in a great position just next door to the center of town, which takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to, and hiking trails, super clean, big rooms, great pool, safe garage. It also was in the glorious Tatra mountains;))

The location, nestled in the beautiful National Park, was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying outdoor activities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped, particularly the kitchen which had all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including a great coffee selection.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints.

Very comfortable, clean and well located hotel. Equipment in the rooms is very good standard, my appartment had a separate balcony, little kitchen and small living room. Very comfortable and well equipped bathroom with heated floor. Good breakfast for the money. Staff very friendly and very co-operative.
There is no restaurant at the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location next to the National Park is ideal, with beautiful views from rooms with balconies. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent service. Basic amenities are well-maintained, and the fully functioning kitchens in some rooms are a bonus. The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is consistently great.
No improvements needed - everything was perfect.

Well finished hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Good facilities in the apartment. Liked the swimming pool and steam rooms, free parking and complimentary breakfast. Convenient to Nosal ski slopes.
Perhaps more variety in breakfast. We only walked into town once as hotel is about 2km from the centre which is not as easy as it sounds there and back on snow-covered footpaths. We had a rental car and did not use the minibuses for transport but people talked about them a lot.

The location is perfect for skiing at Nosal (kids) and the cable car up the big mountain (adults). Horse sleighs from outside the door.
There is no restaurant. But there is an excellent one just down the road. pol was only open for a few hours each day.

The hotel has a great location, close to the cable car, Kasprowy Wierch skytrain station, and the river. It was in the mountains. - We had a comfortable stay that met our expectations.

Perfect location to the best skiing in Zakopane, at Kasprowy Wierch. Bus stop outside the hotel, 3 PLZ per person to get to the cable car. But be there before 9:00 or you will get stuck in 1,5h queues (but it’s not the hotels fault). On your way back you can ski all the way to the hotel. Nice recreation facility with pool and dry and wet saunas – the main reason for our choice of the hotel. ~3-400 meters to a convenience store, closing @ 21:00 on weekdays; 20:00 on Sunday.
We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) in a 4 person apartment. Two of us slept well in comfy beds in the bedroom – but the other two had to squeeze head-to-toe on a ~1m wide sofa in the living room. Despite the sufficiently equipped kitchen, there was neither kitchen table nor chairs in the apartment. We had to sit and enjoy our breakfast and meals siting in the sofa leaning over a coffee table. No WiFi in the hotel room (but free WiFi in the bar/restaurant). Bring your own Access Point to connect to Ethernet in the room or buy a pre-paid SIM card with 5 GB data plan for PLZ 100:- and use your device as wireless router – as we did. Confirming previous comments about poor maneuverability in the garage under the hotel. Very narrow and sharp turns – easy to bump into a wall or a corner if you are not careful. Parking on the garage *not* free of charge.

The receptionalists were friendly and helpful at all times. The one room apartment was luxurious, clean, spacious, well lit with floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. The children loved the swimming pool, and I enjoyed the sauna. A wonderful place for a family to stay, I would recommend it.
There was no food provided at the hotel, only cooking facilities. However, the staff provided a take-out menu and and placed the order for us on the night of our arrival. Restaurants and shops are about 5 min walk away. The hotel is located on the edge of Zakopane town, about 10 mins from the main st. We appreciated the serenity away from the madness, but it might not suit all!!
